There can be lots of causes for lower back pain. Poor posture can contribute to the pain.
As you may be working from home and not have the most ideal set up, you can do a few simple things to try to protect your spine and reduce the risk of lower back pain:
1. Avoid working with your laptop actually on your lap!
2. Aim to use a seated position-chair and desk/table that reduces slouching and overreaching with your arms.
3. Take regular breaks - every 30 minutes if possible.
4. Movement is key - change posture, walk around and stretch.
