I have been visiting Iqra Kazee for pains on my shoulder and neck that have caused frequent migraine episodes. My monthly visits have helped to reduce the number of migraines I have been experiencing and my body is in much better condition. Besides being able to address the pains that I have been experiencing, she has also given me many good advices on daily stretches and has taught me how to adjust my sitting position etc. Iqra is also such a warm cheerful person with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend Laura Saunders for newborn breastfeeding issues. We had a video consultation with Laura when our little one was two weeks old, for help with our baby’s poor latch and weak suction. Laura was able to teach us mouth development exercises that have since made a huge difference with our baby’s feeding. Laura was attentive in hearing our concerns and positive in the outcome which was both helpful and motivating. Chloe M June 2020
A big compliment to the great team at the Osteopathic Centre. I've been seeing both Dr Paul and Iqra during my pregnancy who both really helped me a lot with my aches and pains (migraines, back pain, etc). The sessions as well as the exercises given to do at home were helpful and helped decrease the pain significantly. After giving birth I brought my baby in due to gastric pain and Dr Paul very gently adjusted her and helped her tight jar. Her crankiness due to the gastric issues has significantly reduced since then. Before taking my baby in, I was a bit apprehensive but Dr Paul was fantastic with her and she actually seemed to enjoy her time with him - a true baby whisperer. Heike C June 2020
Iqra Kazee has been a great help for my most recent injury. Thanks to her dry needling and manual therapy, she managed to speed up my recovery. Even during the lockdown she kept in contact regarding my health. I strongly recommend her! Edgar C June 2020
Dr Bell was an incredible help to me when my infant son was not latching properly while breastfeeding. After diagnosing him with tight jaw he helped me through sessions and at home exercises. Dr Bell has incredible patience and is very kind. Thanks to him my son has been able to exclusively breastfeed. I highly recommend him and his practice. Chanelle OC May 2020
I have been to The Osteopathic Centre many times over the years, for me as well as my kids. I have been seen by different specialists each one very experienced and genuinely caring. The team is lead by the fastastic Paul and I couldn’t recommend him and his team more! Giukia I May 2020
Paul Bell is a lot more than a brilliant Osteopath. He is, in my humble opinion a wonderful practitioner with a great bedside manner. My sessions with him have been so much more than physical therapy. He is easy to communicate with and I feel like we have built a strong friendly patient/practitioner relationship.
Be aware though the stuff he does is addictive; once you have been and can feel the results you will want more. In some ways he is a hard habit to kick, although he will tell you he only wants to see you if you need treatment.

Having been in recreational and competitive sports on a high level for many years, injuries and treatments are part of the package. I for the first time, a few years ago tried Osteopathy with Paul Bell from The Osteopathic Centre.
Admittedly sceptical, only as it's a relatively new found recognition and respect for a method of treatment compared to other more well known methods. I was pleasantly surprised with the "to the point accuracy", focal point being the cause not the symptom and how to treat and heal the cause to alleviate the symptom under the continued stress of our daily life and sport. God forbid if someone told me to stop what I was doing! My kind of therapist!!
His experience, attitude and confidence left me in the full knowledge, trust and belief that I was being treated well and to my exact needs. I have been able to continue, without interruption, with my racing and with continued support and advise on specifics Paul and his team has enabled me to fine tune my own exercise and stretching regime to suit. I would not hesitate for one second in recommending him for not just short-term treatment but for a long term solution finding the balance of your own pain free body.

Paul Bell saved my life…a few times. Seriously. Without Paul I would not have survived my training let alone the race of my life in the Gobi desert in 2010. When I set out to prepare for this 250km, 7 day, self supporting race in brutal heat and terrain my only hope was to rebuild what I now know was a heavily used and abused 52 year old frame into a endurance machine capable of overcoming herniated discs, uneven legs, rotated hips just to mention the most irritating things. Enter Paul Bell.
Paul's calm, deliberate and uncompromising approach to health care and management taught me what it means to be well. Not just healthy, not even a very worthy "capable" but truly well. His therapy was a blessed relief and his guidance and support of my goals was a terrific comfort.
If you want to use your body to its fullest potential Paul can help. If you are injured and need to get well rather than stuck in an endless round of expensive and often ineffective consultations Paul is your man. Paul does not practice, he achieves.

Firstly, let’s start with the team. The staff have always been warm and friendly, willing to change my appointments when needed and are always welcoming. I have seen many Osteopaths in my life and I count Gregory as one of the best. He has listened intently to the progress and how I have been feeling over the periods since last seeing me. He adjusts his style of therapy to suit me. I prefer more pain and more gain so he pushes my body to correct a little harder which is what I want. Gregory is friendly, helpful and I would have no problem recommending him to others to assist them with their needs. Dean C
I am very happy to have met Gregory and share my beneficial experience. From the first session I felt a clear improvement. The sessions are very beneficial, and the advice helped me to quickly feel better. Martine V
I would like to thank Gregory for the great treatment he gave me during the various sessions we have had so far.
I do admit that prior to going for osteopathic care I was skeptical about the benefits. But the pain I had in my neck and my back continued to bother me and affect me in my daily activities. Even the doctor I used to attend before Gregory, was not able to permanently help me and only gave me temporary relief of the pain.
After having attended five sessions with Gregory, I am feeling much better. Though the pain and the problem in my neck and back has not gone away completely, it has improved greatly. I appreciate that he took the time to properly discuss the issue with me, so that he could focus very specifically on where I had the most pain. I also appreciate the multitude of advice Gregory has given me which I could put to use to improve my daily routines and have less risk of recurring pain. Once again thank you for the great help. I’m ambitious triathlete and I have been under Charlotte's care since I arrived in Singapore 2 years ago. I continue to be impressed with Charlotte's ability to quickly diagnose and treat my various issues from my hard training. Before the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii last year I struggled with a foot injury and Charlotte's work on the rehabilitation and recovery was just first class! Great results all around with terrific care, attention to detail and a little humour as well. I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough as an outstanding Osteopath. Jacob W
I have known the benefits of osteopathy for a long time when i started to receive regular treatments after legs surgeries about 16 years ago. One of my relative is an osteopath overseas so I understand very well how the treatments work and what the fantastic benefits of osteopathic treatments are. Two years ago, my 2 year old son at the time fell down on his ankle and couldn't walk. I knew that osteopathy was the solution. I happened to have Alexis' details and by chance got an appointment immediately. Alexis was absolutely amazing. Not only my son let Alexis provide treatment happily but he also had a very fast recovery. From that moment on, we started to regularly visit Alexis. Since then, he provided various treatment for the whole family: we have 2 children now aged 6 and 4 and my husband boxes 4 times a week so he get regularly injured. We recommended many people and everyone has come back with very positive feedback. Alexis is an amazing osteopath and he always takes time to explain clearly what he does. We are extremely rewarding for his care. Dorine de L
Our Son was born with a hip dysplasia, torticollis and suffered with silent reflux and colic. We chose to take him to see Charlotte for some relief and to help him feel more comfortable. Charlotte was able to treat his torticollis, provide us insights into his hip strength (as he was wearing a brace), release wind which reduced his colic and educate us on how to relieve the pain at home with him. This has all been a tremendous help to us and our Son, as his hip is now in good shape, his torticollis is resolved, his reflux and colic are being managed with medication and at home release work by us. I'd highly recommend osteopathy for new born babies, without a doubt! I'd also recommend it for new mums too!! Natasha S
At the risk of sounding dramatic, I credit my ability to walk pain free, avoid surgery, sleep without anti-inflammatory medication and resume my normal routine, yet live with degenerative disc disease completely to Barry. During the most difficult times, he remained positive, supportive and compassionate. At all times, I felt Barry listened to me and my specific physical needs. He then used his expertise and understanding of the body to tailor my treatment. I am completely grateful to him - his professionalism and kindness. Natalie G, Mother of two and avid swimmer
I have been seeing Barry from The Osteopathic Centre since July 2011 at their Siglap centre. Osteopathy has been a massive part of my life, so when I arrived in Singapore it was very important for me to find an Osteopath that suited me. I use Osteopathy in conjunction with yoga to manage headaches and body aches cause from old injuries and day-to-day life.I have found Barry to be a skilled and efficient practitioner. He was able to quickly understand my issues and start immediately to provide relief to my aches and pains. He prescribes stretches that I am to do between sessions and always checks if I have been doing them.Osteopathy has not only helped me with old and everyday issues, but it has also helped me through pregnancies, post natal issues and the effects of breast feeding on the body. Finally, I love the little tips that Barry puts on The Osteopathic Centre Facebook page. Thanks to Barry and all the fabulous staff at The Osteopathic Centre. Jodie O'D, Mother and Business Owner
My 15- year old son started suffering from regular migraines when he was about 11 years old. First, his vision would be affected - with disturbance around the edge of his sight. Then the headache would kick in, often with nausea, and sometimes with vomiting as well. They would come on quite suddenly, and with no seeming pattern. All he could do was lie down in a dark room and sleep until it had passed – usually just a couple of hours. Afterwards he would have a sensitive head for the next 24 hours.
There seemed to be no pattern – they could start at any time of day or night, before or after food. We tried unsuccessfully cutting out various possible trigger foods. He avoided fluorescent lights and camera flashes, believing they might be a trigger. A consultant paediatrician recommended a regular daily prophylactic medicine, which didn't actually stop the migraines, but did seem to reduce the severity of them. He also had some physiotherapy to his neck, which was judged to be very stiff. No improvement.
Then in 2011, after a relentless series of migraines, we decided to try osteopathy and our GP referred him to Barry. For the first month or so, the half-hour sessions were twice weekly, then weekly. After an initial consultation Barry worked on my son's neck and head, and offered advice on posture and daily exercises to carry out at home. The migraines stopped after a month and we saw Barry for four months in total. So far there has been no sign of them returning and the exercises have become a quick and easy part of his daily routine. He hasn't taken the prophylactic medicine for months. We would have no hesitation in recommending Barry to anyone suffering similar symptoms. Mother
