Our Customer Service

We aim to deliver excellent customer service to all our patients. We respect that many of you have busy schedules therefore it is essential to operate an efficient appointment diary to ensure patients do not experience long waiting times.

Our Policy

Should you be running more than 10mins late for your appointment, you may choose to have a shorter session, or reschedule your appointment for another date and time.

Cancellation Policy

We will reconfirm your appointment one working day prior to the appointment.

Please note our cancellation policy:

For all appointments, a 50% charge will be imposed if cancelled within four hours of the appointment time.

100% charge will be imposed for cancellation within one (1) hour of your appointment time or NO SHOW.

All one-hour appointments will incur a 100% charge if cancelled within 24 hours.
